Our After-Sales Services
Technical Support
You can reach our technical support by phone under the extension +49 2871 281 1111 and via e-mail to service@huebers.de.
Extended Hotline up to 24/7
As part of a maintenance and service contract, you have the option of arranging round-the-clock support. This means our service department is at your disposal by phone 24 hours a day, up to 7 days a week.
Remote Support
In order to the service communication by phone as effective as possible, our service staff can access your system remotely to check its operating status and perform an online quality control. This enables fast and above all well-founded technical diagnosis and support. The access of our employees is exclusively limited to the parameters and logging data of the plant in question. In addition, access of course requires your consent and the appropriate setup of the plant.
Worldwide Service Deployments In case malfunctions or other problems cannot be rectified by telephone/remote support, our service department organizes worldwide deployments of our own technicians on site at the affected plant. The reaction and lead times for these deployments are extremely short. Depending on the time of contact, in urgent cases our technicians will make their way to you the same day if possible.
Instruction and Training The instruction of plant operators and maintenance personnel in the course of the commissioning of plants at the customer’s site is a matter of course for us. However, there is also the possibility to arrange additional retrospective training and instruction sessions. These are recommended, for example, after enhancements or alterations of plants as well as personnel changes at the customer.
Wear and Spare Parts Service
To ensure that your HÜBERS system runs smoothly and with maximum availability, we provide a fast and flexible supply of wear and spare parts.
We rely on a large vertical range of manufacture of all process-specific components in-house and, for purchased parts, on renowned suppliers with worldwide service networks.
You can reach our wear and spare parts service by phone under the extension +49 2871 281 2222 and via e-mail to spareparts@huebers.de.
You can also use the online inquiry form below.
Maintenance Service
We support your plants throughout their entire life cycle. The main objective is to maximize plant availability by reducing maintenance times and extending maintenance intervals.
We achieve this above all with the low maintenance requirement due to the use of low-maintenance or even maintenance-free components, which are constantly being further developed in this respect.
This strategy is complemented by our comprehensive range of maintenance services and tools. These ensure scheduled, predictive maintenance and can be arranged as part of a maintenance and service contract.
“Easy Maintenance”
Our self-developed software tool “Easy Maintenance” makes foresighted planning of maintenance of all machine parts particularly easy.
In addition to setting up fixed dates for maintenance work, it is also possible to plan maintenance depending on operating time, production cycles or – in terms of “condition monitoring” – on monitored operating conditions of the plant.
This means it is no longer just the calendar that determines maintenance, but rather the relevant parameters of your production.
Moreover, “Easy Maintenance” creates a log of maintenance work carried out and displays it in meaningful diagrams. This makes it possible to analyze the runtimes of the plant’s assemblies and thus optimize future maintenance.
Maintenance of Mixing and Dosing Heads
For your mixing and dosing heads we offer you the possibility to have them serviced by experts at HÜBERS. This minimizes your maintenance effort and maximizes maintenance quality.
The aim is to optimize resp. maximize the service life and the maintenance intervals of your mixing and dosing heads. Mixing and dosing head maintenance at HÜBERS’ therefore includes not only cleaning all functional elements, replacing all sealing and wear parts as well as functional testing, but also analyzing the flow behavior of the material in the mixing and dosing head and analyzing possible weak points.
By special arrangement, repairs or “repowering” measures can also be carried out in the course of maintenance using construction elements from the continuous development of our technologies – if possible up to making your mixing and dosing heads maintenance-free.
We make the organizational process of maintenance at HÜBERS easier for you with our send-in service, where outward and return shipments are made in a returnable box adapted to the respective head.
Regular Maintenance Visits
Of course, you have the possibility to arrange regular maintenance visits of our technicians at your site in order to keep your plant permanently in optimal condition.
Supervision of Measuring Equipment
On site at your plant we check the control equipment such as vacuum probes, scales, flow meters and temperature controllers with continuously certified, calibrated test equipment. If necessary, we readjust the control equipment. For this supervision, we prepare and keep a service-history record for regular execution.
Plant Modernization
HÜBERS systems live long. Period.
Due to the high quality in process design, construction, subassembly production and assembly, they still work reliably and efficiently even at high capacity after many years of operation.
Nevertheless, the development continues – at HÜBERS, at the customers, in the markets.
In connection with the fundamental future security of our systems, modernizations can be worthwhile even very long after the first commissioning.
HÜBERS therefore offers modernization measures, conversions and enhancements of any kind for existing plants.
A frequent reason for modernization are conversions of plants’ control systems, which due to the high technological “turnover rate” in this area become obsolete much faster than HÜBERS’ own process-relevant plant technology. Control system conversions include the renewal of the control system hardware including operator terminals and other interfaces as well as the customer-specific programming of the new control system. If necessary, other components such as motors, gears, sensors, probes or actuators are also replaced.
