HÜBERS High-Performance Inline-Conveyor Oven
Working Principle: Pallets pass through the oven one after the other.
Advantages: low-cost solution if the floor space requirement is not a problem; low height requirement, multi-stage temperature profiles with defined ramps can be run.
HÜBERS Automatic Batch Oven
Working Principle: The oven is loaded with pallets and kept below the setting temperature. After the last pallet is loaded, the temperature cycle is started for all pallets. After passing through the complete temperature profile, the furnace is unloaded.
Advantages: very compact design, multi-stage temperature profiles with defined ramps can be run.
HÜBERS Stack Oven
Working Principle: Pallets are loaded into the oven. When a row is filled, all pallet rows are raised by one grid. Once a row of pallets has reached the top position of a temperature zone, it is pushed into the next temperature zone, where it is lowered and unloaded in cycles.
Advantages: compact design, each pallet passes through the identical temperature profile
HÜBERS Serpentine Conveyor Oven
Working Principle: Pallets are loaded into the oven in cycles and moved through the individual temperature zones.
Advantages: relatively compact design, each individual pallet receives absolutely the same temperature profile, thus exactly reproducible process conditions.
