The specific design of our mixing and dosing systems is of course based on the individual requirements of the customer’s production.
For customers who do not work with pre-formulated material, we offer all machines and devices for their own material formulation – regardless of which materials and which pre-treatment stages are involved.

Modules for all requirements regarding storage, transport, pre-treatment introduction of all types of additives:

• storage and dosing containers for powdery or pasty fillers and colorants
• conveying and dosing technology for the controlled delivery of powdery, granulated and liquid, also viscous and highly abrasive components to the preparation devices
• filler drying for pre-treatment of fillers under vacuum and, if necessary, temperature
• storage tanks for liquid components such as resins, hardeners, accelerators or flexibilizers
• melting devices for highly viscous material or materials delivered as solids
