5. Data processing (customer and contract data) 

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as they are required for establishment, content-related design or alteration of a legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. We collect, process and use personal data regarding the utilisation of our website (usage data) only insofar as this is required to enable the user to use our website.

The collected customer data are being deleted after the completion of the order or termination of the business rlation. Legal retention periods shall not be affected.

Data transmission at the time of contract conclusion

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary to perform contractual obligations, e.g. to the company appointed for the delivery of goods or the financial institution appointed for the handling of payments. A further transmission does not take place unless you have explicitly given your consent to this transmission. A disclosure of your data to third parties, e.g. for advertising purposes, without your explicit consent does not take place.

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This website uses functions of Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

IP anonymisation

On this website we have activated the IP anonymisation function. Thus your IP-address' last part is being masked within the member states of the European Union or in other States party to the agreement on the European Economic Area prior to the trainsmission to the US. Only in exceptional cases full IP-addresses are being transmitted to a Google server in the US and being masked there.
